Flexible working hours

Since February 2015, Kerlink’s employees have been working flexible hours, allowing them to adjust their arrival and departure times if necessary.

Home Office

As of 2018, Kerlink has been granting home office to help develop a working environment conducive to a better work-life balance.

Up to two days a week, home office can be regular or occasional.

This flexibility is appreciated.

Weekly breakfast

Initiated at the creation of the company, the collective breakfast on Friday morning has become a ritual.

As a special moment, the employees take turns bringing a variety of sweets combining home made and all kinds of sweets.

Company Meeting

Two days of exchanges, bringing together the entire Group, are planned each year in the spring and autumn.

Organised in pleasant, sometimes atypical locations, these days are divided into two parts: information sharing in the morning and entertainment in the afternoon.

A lunch during which interdepartmental communication is encouraged fosters dialogue and conviviality.

Relaxation area

The relaxation area is a central location for all employees.

It is an opportunity to forge links between colleagues, develop synergies or come up with new creative ideas that will benefit the Group.

It is also a rest area that helps teams to relax during a long meeting or an important customer appointment, for example.
